Appaulling Service from General Manager!

I was totally dissatisfied witht he service or lack there of from the General manager. Upon checking in on 8/25/06, I was confronted with several racial comments by other patrons of the hotel. I went directly back to the hotels office asked the manger calmly if I could speak with him. I advised him of the situation. He said well I can't give you back your money you have to deal with it. He went over and spoke witht he people I had the issues with. Only to come back over to me and say I had the cheapest car on the lot and he still wasn't going to refund me any of my money. He said something to the effect of I should have gotten there earlier and he could have tried to rent the room. I advised him I was from out of town but I didn't feel comfortable staying there under that situation and he still refused to give me back any of my money. I left the hotel and stayed with a friend until Sunday. I would never recommed this hotel to anyone EVER! I filed a complaint with the Choice hotels Customer Relations department twice. I also notified my bank I was disputing the charges to get my money back for something i never stayed at.
