Executive Inn & Suites, New Braunfels

My husband and I were awoken to hear screaming and door slamming ,this went on for about 20 minutes and we called front desk to let them know they probably needed to call police, as there were two men and on woman fighting. The clerk called me a moment later to tell me and i qoute"Maam the are just having an intimate encounter!" I was speechless, I told him I really thought he needed to call police and he said I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt!. we were afraid and unable to sleep the rest of the night. We complained the next morning and were told we would have to speak to NATHAN the manager. We left our name and number three times. Each time we called, he was busy or not there or would call right back. My last attempt was to get a corporate office number or owners number and that said no, we will not give you any number or contact info. I asked what I was supposed to do if the manager would not return my call and they stated, do what ever you think you need to do.
