Hampton Inn Buffalo Williamsville, Williamsville

If you are ever in this area of Buffalo avoid this hotal at all costs. We were not happy with the noise outside our first floor room and they refused to honour their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will never stay here again and advise all other travellers to stay elsewhere. We have stayed at 50 Hampton Inns on our travels and this is the worst one of all. Never had an issue before but would never stay at Hampton because of this hotel. This property does not deserve to have your business. Can't say strong enough NOT TO STAY HERE.

If you are expecting a 'normal' hampton inn experience - think again...this place is not it. I had a certain level of expectation before arriving here, as most of my Hampton Inn stays exceeded my expectations. Not so here. First off the prices are outrageous for what you get. The rooms are very standard, nothing special to speak of - no refrigerator, no microwave, nothing. The beds are archaic, not your comfortable plush you get at other Hamptons. The bed squeeked every second, you could not move without a huge squeek (looks like they haven't kept up with renovations at all) -on top of that we noticed the sheets were not changed from the last hotel guest !!! Hairs and debris all over the sheets, we were so grossed out - the housekeeping were no where to be found, so the front desk lady (totally unexperienced at changing a bed) took 45 minutes to change two beds at 10 PM interupting our evening together - ruining our stay with the extended intrusion - and she was not pleasant at that. To pay this kind of money $ 152.00 for an inferior room and experience - I am outraged - and all they had to say after was 'sorry to hear that' I feel like they should have refunded every cent I paid for this dump. Stay elsewhere - this is NOT like any other Hampton you have stayed at.

This is one of the more upscale Hampton,Inns I have stayed there very often and i have never had any problems. The facility is immaculate, the rooms are typical Hampton. The have a few very nice suites too. The location is great - right in the heart of town - close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel !

My 2 daughters, 19 year old grandson and I stayed here June 10. We had stayed here last January, and just loved it then, and was more impressed this time around. The new bedding, (duvets and white duvet covers) are wonderful. We have read other reviews from people who have said that the beds and pillows in other hotels were comfortable, and always thought they were exaggerating. I can now say the same thing without exaggerating. The beds and new bedding are wonderful. After 12 hours of shopping, we couldn't wait to get back and crawl into those beds. We all had a most wonderful sleep. The fact that not only are the sheets changed before your arrival, the duvet covers, (unlike the old comforters which were only cleaned occastionally) and the covers on the throw cushions are clean upon your arrival. No having to worry about who had slept with those comforters and having to take them off the bed. Thank you for this new service. Along with the wonderful beds, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the great continental breakfast, and the helpfulness of the gals servicing the dining room, all added to the fact that our weekend was Great!!! We compliment the folks at the Hampton Inn Williamsville, NY on a job well done. It is our favourite home away from home when visiting the Buffalo Area. Thanks to all concerned.

This is an absolutely beautiful, new place to stay. Very comfortable rooms, with all of the latest conveniences. The breakfast bar was great - even had hot bacon & french toast sticks! Williamsville has a great small town atmosphere but is very near Buffalo and Niagra Falls. You have to try the Creekside Restaurant, and check for carillon concerts at Calvary Episcopal Church - both only a few blocks from the hotel!
