Holiday Inn Express Suites Auburn, Auburn

Our room was FILTHY to include beds that were not made, trash in the drawers, hair on the sheets and cigarette butts and ashes in the ashtray of a non-smoking room. My family and I will NEVER stay here again. I demanded to move to another room and guess what...it was dirty also with an unmade bed to greet us. The staff told us another customer didn't like the room because of the traffic noise due to facing College Street and they were told no one laid on the beds!! They also tried to charge me for the room even though I had a confirmation printout to show I was using a Rewards Night at no cost. We blew 10,000 points for nothing.
