Although the place was well-kept and the food fine, we had a very bad experience with regard to the "ancillary services" offered. First, the website for online reservations did not work. When I called to confirm the reservation including the in-room massages, the massages did not get booked and this was discovered as we checked in. In excusing their mistake on not booking the massages, it was explained to me that "usually those work out, but sometimes they don't." Considering how prominently promoted those extra services are for the hotel (and since this was the reason I selected to stay there!), I thought that was an unacceptable solution to the problem. But we did not receive much understanding from the proprietor on this issue. I'd recommend looking at other bed and breakfasts in the area that have a better focus on customer service!
