Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front, Pensacola Beach

I have to say that my first impression of this hotel was a definite plus. I am active duty military and was on PCS orders to carry my daughter to a specialist in Pensacola. Due to the military compensating me for my trouble, i decided to make it a "short vacation" for my family. Upon arrival the staff was kind and helpful in every way, the motel was clean, and the location and view were amazing. My family and I had decided to stay for another night. The next morning my wife noticed stains all over the bottom of her night clothes and her legs. I pulled the sheets back to find that about 1/2 way down the sheet there were scribble marks all over the sheet from a black marker as if someones kid had got carried away in excitement. How did the maids not catch this if they actually changed the sheets or even checked them? Upon bringing this to the attention of the desk manager, he acted about as concerned as a desk clerk at a $20 a night roach motel. The only thing he was concerned with was getting me checked out and out of his hair even though i had went down with the intention of keeping the room for at least another night, needless to say we didn't! POOR FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE HILTON FAMILY HOTELS!! High speed internet is terrible even thought they charge for it!

Absolutely excellent. Service, rooms, beach access, staff was outstanding (everyone spoke english). H2O restaurant in lobby with sushi bar was superb. No complaints after staying 2 nights. Price for large two room suite with Full kitchen/2 bath/large patio and 3 flat panel TV’s very reasonable. Only negitive I could possibily think of was to few parking spaces. 5 stars.

We recently booked a 4 night stay because of the hotel website showed such a nice, tropical, relaxing pool area overlooking the beach. Just what we were looking for! Although the rooms and pool area was nice, there were only a few lounge chairs around the pool. It was a nightmare. Some guests got out there at 6am and reserved chairs with a towel or a hat and hoarded them all day, so needless to say, we enjoyed our days lounging on the CONCRETE. We asked the management for more chairs, but they said "most of them are in the shop for repair" and did nothing! There was ample room at the pool for 4 to 5 TIMES the charis that were out there. In places, it almost looked like an empty parking lot. I will say that most of the employees were very nice though.

wow! is the word i use when i think of this place!!! my stay there was business oriented but i have to bring my husband this summer an enjoy it in more relaxed environment and again, wow!!!!!!!!

This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. I could not find one thing wrong. It was a wonderful experience all around.

We had to make a trip from Tennessee to Pensacola Beach on business and stayed at the Hilton on the beach. First let me start by saying that the price was expensive, much more than the fake $99 you see advertised on the internet. However, the place was great! The room was very nice, very clean and the bed slep great. I went down stairs pretty early in the morning to do some fishing and I was greated by 5 people before I could get to the front door. I'm a customer service manager and really appreciate great customer service. I'm unhappy about the cost of the hotel but very happy with the hotel itself. If you dont mind paying $170 for a hotel room (after taxes) then you wont find a better place to stay while in Pensacola Beach!

i went here last year and it was so beautiful -the beach wasnt overly crowded -the beach was very clean -the beach is close and convienit to the hotel -walking distance to the pier -very good hotel service -HAVE FUN-

Stay here and you will be sorry, small rooms and employees are rude, you can not take your own drinks to the pool, you must buy their over priced drinks. Room keys will not work from one day to the next, again stay here and be sorry, I even wrote them about our experience with no response, they know they were wrong, again stay here and be sorry, we were.

The location is great. And the service and people are all very nice. The food at the bonsai sushi Bar and lounge very good. The rooms clean and the view is great. I would come back here and stay .

I love the beach access, the Sushi bar was fantastic. The breakfast was to DIE for! Thanks for everything. Everyone was so friendly.
