Dirty, insect-infested rooms; exceedingly poor "service"; spoiled food served for the continental breakfast; wireless network that works about as well as two tin cans strung together. Don't ask the staff to fix anything. Ever. The stock answer is "we can't do anything about that now, you will have to speak to the manager about that tomorrow." They actually said that - more than once - when asked to change the (locked) thermostat to below 95 degrees in the workout room. Seriously, what kind of "management" would not even trust their help with the keys to a thermostat?? When I found soiled sheets on my bed after checking in, I had to wait an hour for the clerk to come in with the linens, as he was the only staff member on the premises and so did not want to leave the front desk! Use this place only if its too cold to sleep in your car and the homeless shelters are full!

Couldn't have been more disappointed in the lack of customer service. Our family came for a funeral and it couldn't have possibly been worse. 1 mistake that was not caught by the front desk snowballed into a huge problem, where accusations were made towards our group, a higher rate was charged without any consent, and the staff went through our personal belongings while we were preparing for the funeral! The location and amenities are ok but it will never make up for the extreme embarrassment this hotel cost our entire group and the fact we had to move hotel rooms the morning of my Grandmother's funeral. I have never seen such a lack of hospitality in my entire life, and I have managed hotel I have managed hotels for a few years so I write this with full knowledge of how hotels work and I cannot express how disappointed we were and how they made one of the most horrible times of my life that much worse. I could go on and on but I don't think it gets worse than staff members going through your personal belongings as well as laughing as your cry because you are preparing to say your final farewells to a loved one.

For the $81.oo I spent per night I was very happy with the whole expeience here. The rooms are clean and quiet, and well decorated. Big bathroom and comfy beds. The folks that work here are helpful and courteous. I stayed for a week on business and found it to be superb. The free breakfast is a huge plus. The wireless internet was quite fast. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a quality room at a fair price.

The first time I stayed there, we booked a suite. It was okay, pretty big and nice, but there was a problem with ants. There were ants around the 'kitchen' sink which was disguesting and I was so unhappy about that experiance. I did go back a second time but stayed in a regular room this time and was very satisfied with everything. I love this hotel and will stay here again if I was ever in the area.

We booked this hotel for a stop en route from Las Vegas and Santa Monica to break our journey and do our laundry and we were very pleased with our choice.Excellent size room for our party of 3, really soft fluffy towels and good facilities throughout-what a good idea having a separate sink for coffee-making etc, I hate using the bathroom counter. Indoor pool was great, with plenty of towels, laundry room nice and clean and spacious breakfast area.Breakfast with choice of cooked and other breakfast food was very enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We thought the hotel was new, as everything was in such good order but apparently it was 7 years old. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in around California, this was the most comfortable and well-equipped and surprisingly the cheapest. My daughter wished that we had stayed for more nights! Would definitely recommend
