I spent nearly a month at this hotel as a business traveler and had an outstanding experience! From the warm, friendly staff to the clean and comfortable hotel suite, it was a 5 star experience!

we are going back

on the 16th sep 07 we arrived at homewoodsuites universal,even before getting of the coach we thought wow and thats how we all felt for the fortnight.the hotel was immaculate our room very spacious even with 3adults and 2 teenagers,the maid service is excellent.breakfast was great with lots of choice in a very comfortable immaculate dining room.the breakfast supervisor was very helpful and friendly and always made sure all food was fully stocked.the location was perfect for us,5min walk to wet & wild and lots of shops and eating places,super market close by.was slightly worried about not having a car but did not need to worry as the bus service is fantastic.our 1st holiday to orlando was absolutely amazing and that is why we are going back this september,staying at the fantastic homewood suites.we cannot wait.the dent family uk

everything was absolutely fine! the suite was perfectly clean, there were plenty of towels, and the layout was incredibly comfortable, even with 3 teenagers. (the bedroom had 2 queen beds and was very spacious - plenty of room around the beds, didn't feel cramped. the living room had a sleeper sofa, chair and desk, and there was a dining table/chairs and a small but fully functional kitchen.) the free shuttle service to/from universal was a wonderful convenience - no driving, no $11 parking fee. also, the free hot breakfast was another major convenience. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. i got there early, intended to drop off our bags, but was able to check in early. would definitely stay here again.

Excelente Hotel para familia

Hemos visitado este hotel en cinco (5) ocasiones, somos una famila de cinco personas y disfrutamos mucho. La localizacion es excelente en medio de Universal Studios y de Wet Wild. Lo recomiendo es limpio, tiene seguridad y es muy comodo. Por el precio es una ganga.

Don't pass this deal up !

Being a frequent traveler, I love to share information that others can find helpful. In regards to Homewood Suites, you "will not" be sorry for making the investment to stay here. We have come back two years in a row, and are currently scheduling our next vacation. The staff can be described in one word - Awesome. They are courteous, professional, and more importantly they care. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner opportunities save you tremendous amounts of cash in themselves. The rooms are clean, the pool is wonderful, and the location to W&W, Universal, and to other attractions can't be beat.

What a time!

I loved this hotel, it was set in a nice quiet location yet near to every facility. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay in America a memorable one. Our room was spacious and relaxing, there were 5 of us staying and we used the 2 double beds and sofa bed and found them extremely comfortable. The cleaning of the rooms was done at different times of the day but we were rarely there when it took place. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings and only availed of the Manager's specials once but that was due to the time we were having and not being able to be back for the 5 - 7 pm deadline. We loved the fact that we could get the internet service for all the family and were able to contact home easily. Overall a lovely hotel, friendly staff and a pleasure to stay in.

Can't wait to go back

My husband and I stayed at this location for our 3rd year anniversary trip. I love this place. They offered a full buffet and when I say full it was full. Waffles, scrabbled eggs with peppers and onion, pastries, cereal hot and cold, sasuage, fresh fruits, bagels, etc anything you can think of eating for breakfast trust me they have it. There is a Manager's reception that was wonderful. The staff and the room were great. The rooms were beyond clean and the staff were excellent. One night my husband and I came in late from visiting one of the theme parks and we just missed the manager's reception and one of the kitchen staff memebers went back into the kitchen and reheated the food and made my husband and I a plate. I have told everyone I know that visits Orlando to stay at this hotel and when they do stay they tell the same thing that they loved it.

Wonderful Disney Trip!

This was my second visit to Orlando and my family really enjoyed this Homewood Location. Check-in was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean with a great view of the pool. The pool was wonderful after walking the Disney park all day. The free breakfast with the waffles was excellent.

There's nothing bad about here, it's quiet although the hotel is filled with people, staff was great, friendly,helpful. Free breakfast was great. Rooms were cleaned daily, 24 hr front desk was a really good feature. Free internet access, Pool was kept clean, surroundings were very clean. Light snack in the afternoon at the managers reception (don't expect a 'dinner' it's just light) Location is great because it's a 5 min. walk to Wet & Wild and very close to Universal studios, lots of restaurants around. Only downside is, it's right near I4 so there's a little bit of noise but not enough to bother you or wake you up during the night. Suite was very big and comfortable with 2 tv's and internet access it was overall great. Planning on going back again sometime soon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going on vacation or on a business trip to Orlando.
