the worst

I would not go back to this hotel if i had to sleep in a dupster. the managment staff were rude and unprofessional. they are only interested in revenue and do not care about there customers. Per conversation with the manager they donot care about reservations or customers, there main goal is to sell out there rooms at make the most possible from that. Therefore if you get the room at a discounted rate they can and will sell it to someone willing to pay more for that room whether you have a reservation or not. When confronted with this they stated verbatum"im the manager and i can do what i want, if you dont like it dont stay here." To make a long story short we didnt stay there and found a place where the staff was friendly and courteous.

Front Desk Woman Inept and Manager Rude
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/04/09
Arrived with our dog to check in and they said they did not have our reservation. They never bothered to look at their faxes!! It was right in front of their faces. They did nothing to help us find another room or even apologize. They wrecked our vacation!!

Worst Hotel In Mesquite
I would rather drive 200 miles past Mesquite than try staying here. We booked our room, received confirmation 24 hours before we arrived, then arrived to a cancelled room. They took it upon themselves to cancel our room without contacting us--they had our cell phone #s! There was no apology, no comp, no options but to drive to Las Vegas and stay at a nice hotel. At the same rate, an older woman said the front desk man was lying and that she arrived late and was still able to get a room. The hotel needs to hire an apporopriate and capable staff.

will never reserve another room there again
By garin, 12/10/08
The service there was terrible and the people that worked there are very rude the rooms are over priced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Was not worth our time at all. We checked out early and went and stayed at the springs.

Best in Mesquite
By Michelle, 07/21/08
It was such a relief to stay at a hotel that wasn't inside a casino. No more smelling like smoke after you have checked out. It was beautiful and the service was fantastic.

Perfect!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/20/08
What a sight for tired sore eyes. We are moving from CA to CO and have a 6 and 2 year old. So, we needed a half way stopping point to rest at. Vegas was my first choice and that was not an option. So we searched online @ yahoo travel and found falcon ridge and other places. We almost picked a casino but are glad we didn't. Falcon Ridge is an oasis in a hot desert. Quiet, clean, great service and a fun arcade for the kids. My family and I recommend Falcon Ridge for your travel needs. And the price was great too.

Bugs
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/14/08
Nice place if you like 180 count sheets and cock roches. Told managment about bugs in bathroom and they said "nothing we can do about it". Well, there is something I can do. I can warn others and never stay there again.

Great place to stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/10/07
We were very impressed with this hotel. We spent 2 nights for our anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had. Hot and fresh! The room was superb and very clean. The location was a little off the regular path and there were no slot machines, so it was quiet and not smoky. Great place to take kids, This hotel had an arcade and a great pool.
