We enjoyed our trip up there, what we really liked about the trip was we went the day after Thanksgiving 2009 and it snowed, it was BEAUTIFUL and looking outside from the pool area and watching the snow come down and falling on the mountains. We will consider staying there again.
They lost my reservation, and fortunately I had written down the confirmation number, etc. They denied knowing the person who took my reservation until they "remembered" that the person had quit. They had no rooms, charged me the full luxury amount, then sent me down the road to their fleabag hotel where I killed spiders all night. They made no attempt to make things right with me. I would never trust them again!
We have stayed there for the past 2 years and are going back this year. Cannot say anything bad about the hotel. The view is great from the front or back of hotel. People are friendly and the rooms could'nt be better for the dollar
Room and beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were great- assisted with all sorts of information.
The breakfast room is small, but the fruit and coffee were good.
The room was great! The service was great! The room had everything we needed - mini frige, microwave, iron, coffeemaker, blow dryer. The modern TV allowed us to use our portable DVD player, but they also have cable TV with HBO. The location is great - on a hill top & away from the crowds. Outstanding value for the price! I'm looking forward to our next stay!
