Adequate
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/07/06
They have internet access for free and a computer for guest use. The continental breakfast is NOT as good as the Holiday Inn Express. Prices are not standard. Management apparently instructs staff to charge a lot more if you reserve at the last minute (like if it is late at night and you are a woman alone, tired, etc.,), then they charge a higher price. Some of the staff appear to suffer racism... like the hindu people get better treatment than the others, whether they be Latin, white or dark skinned. Yet, the rooms are adequate, pretty clean and the staff is really great. They ALL, except the hindus, go out of their way to please a guest. The hindu men and women staff are arrogant and treat guests as if they were doing the guest a favor. I was amazed how these people working there, who get treated so badly by the night and day managers, as well as by their Hindu co-workers, NEVER ACT SURLY OR SO but THEY always treat a guest like royalty! We are ALL human beings worthy of respect! Definitely NO place for romance OR luxury but the rooms are adequate, not sparkling clean or pristine but I have slept in worse hotels in Hong Kong, etc. NO RESTAURANTS NEARBY! SO TAKE YOUR OWN LUNCH OR DINNER!

We have been back again and again!
By Damara L, 01/13/06
I have to say that his is a lovely hotel . I have been there more then once and the service is good. The rules change a little about there check in but other the that it a nice and clean hotel. The only fault that I think that they have are the vending machines are in the basement nothing on other floors. The breakfast is what it is a" continental breakfast" not to good if your dieting. The rooms are clean .They give you toiletries if you have forgot yours. The view is not the best. If your not driving there is a very long walk to the nearest restaurant "Burger king". I love that fact that they give shower caps. I have stayed in 4 stars hotels never have I been given shower caps. The bed are comfortable and they change there blankets. Very nice and cozy

Avoid at all costs!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/11/05
This was the worst hotel experience ever. It took 45 minutes for a taxi, which the front desk lined up, to get us, and it wasn't even a licenced taxi. The room barely had heating and no hot water any time of the day. Plus the shuttle for this hotel is a 10 seat bus to handle 3 hotels (the Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn are owned by the same group nearby), so if you have an early morning flight, son't expect to get on the shuttle. We arrived 15 minutes early to get on it and were refused service, plus, were refused a taxi to the airport to compensate, nearly missing our flight. There was no manager on duty to handle our concerns. Plus, in an e-mail from Best Western to handle our concerns, their response was only that this hotel ceased being a Best Western two years earlier and they could not help us.
