Not worth the money
By Keith, 10/21/09
The Baymont is like a Super 8 or Motel 6 with a breakfast. The rooms are extremely small and have no closet to place your clothes. My wife and one child were stepping on each other just to move around in the room. We stayed there three nights while we were visiting friends in a near by town. My wife ate breakfast there one morning out of three. She said that one trip to the "free" breakfast was all she could stand. The room was clean but I just cannot recommend this "hotel" for the money. There are several hotels in the immediate area for the same or slightly more money that are a lot better deal because you are going to eat breakfast elsewhere after the first morning.

Never want to go back
By Debra, 07/16/08
We booked through Expedia and requested a room with a balcony, when we arrived and relized that we didn't get one we asked if one became available if we could change rooms. They said since we booked with Expedia we were screwed. Then the AC iced up and the room was hot and then ice kept falling off ot and waking us up. The fridge froze our cokes. The free breakfast was worth what we paid for it and it was packed. Then when we left early and I asked for a copy of a receipt they refused and told me to get it through Expedia. If they don't want people there that book through Expedia then they shouldn't give people that opportunity. I could understand if we got a cheaper rate but the room price was the same we just booked that way for a free $50. gas card. Never, never, never again would i darken their door! I will also tell everyone I can before they get screwed like we did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good value for money
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/19/08
We got a lakeview room and it was beautiful! The service staff were friendly and the hot breakfast in the morning was filling. Make sure you get the lakeview. It is about 7-8 miles from downtown but with a toddler, this was much more relaxing.

Best place to stay in Hot Springs
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/18/08
The King Suite had a fantastic view, and the room itself was generous in size. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety from which to choose, and our whole trip couldn't have been more relaxing. In my view, it's the best location in Hot Springs!

It's the little stuff.....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/19/08
My new wife and I stayed on a weeknight and the front desk was polite and quick on check-in. But, once in the room, the bathroom was not clean, toilet was dirty. Had a king bed with 3 pillows the size of footballs without air. Sheets did not fit well and jacuzzi was troublesome. Breakfast was not as advertised. Things might be better when in season.

This is the place to stay!
By Laurie, 02/08/08
I stayed here with my daughter last weekend and I will definitely plan to stay at this hotel again! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price range wasn't too bad considering the places we've stayed in the past. The room was clean and everything was in working order. I visit the area several times a year and will keep this my first choice hotel on my next trip. Thanks Baymont!

NICE GETAWAY
By Mrs. W, 07/16/07
This Hotel was nice! My husband and I visited here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We had planned to go elsewhere but chose to stay here instead. What a great decision. The service was awesome! The Hotel was clean. Yes we even went down to pier out back and caught "Brim". It's really close to everything if you want to go out. The pool was clean and clear as well. It was nice being able to watch the boater's, jet skis and other having such great fun on the lake from our window. We will be staying here again.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/22/05
I LOVED THE FACT THAT LAKE HAMILTON WAS RIGHT OUT THE BACK DOOR OF THE HOTEL. IT HAD A DOCK SO THAT WE COULD TIE OUR JETSKI UP TO IT.
