"substandard"

no like's about this place, 189 a night for not even a 60 dollar motel. dont waste your money. Stayed 3 nights and not ONCE did my room get cleaned. foung someone elses hair in my shower, uhhm the front desk is ran by who gives a crap about you kinda people and all in all this place sucks. will NEVER stay here again.

Read the fine print carefully

I booked this hotel for 2 nights and had to cancel a MONTH before the stay. They still charged me 130.00. This was the managers reply. "This reserv ation was an advance purchase reservation so the cancellation penalty does apply." RSacco

Had to change room twice!

Over the last five years, we have stayed at this hotel but this may be our last time. We were quoted one price over the phone when I made the reservation then charged $81.00 more at check in! The first room was the correct type but we clearly stated non smoking but smelled smoke coming in from another room near by and requested to move. The next room we recieved later that day, upon returning from Thanksgiving dinner with family, we discovered the heat in our room did not work and it was after 12 in the morning when someone came to check on it. My child was asleep and so we stayed in that room but in the morning requested another one for which it took over an hour to get another one just down the hall. The new room was the correct type but the refrigerator in our room was a really old one that didn't work properly so we had to request another one and they brought one to us. After all was said and done, we were refunded $18.00 for our trouble, time and inconvienance! No, next time we will stay somewhere else.

Good Choice!

This hotel has been recently renovated and was quite comfortable. The beds were firm but not hard. The room was very small but it was clean and adequate. The staff was very helpful. I would stay here again. ABR June 13,2007

Very rude behaviour from Front desk

I would rate this hotel as one of the worst service. Front desk does'nt know how to behave with the customer. I would never stay in this hotel again and will not recommend to any of my friends to stay here.

Fine hotel, I arrived on a red-eye and the clerk has happy to check me in the room at 7:00am. Comfortable room, location a bit tricky from the airport.

We won't stay here again

We should have known the type of hotel we were staying in when we saw the coffee machine in the bathroom. As soon as you check in they give you two menus...a chinese food and pizza food take-out menu. The food was lousy. In the room, the rug was dirty and although we had two phones in the room, one of them didn't work. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work and when we checked out the bathroom a towel was placed on the hook as if someone had used it...we didn't use this towel because it was suspious. We had a two bedroom room but only one bed was placed to where you can comfortably see the TV. We didn't want the left over food to stay in the room with us and we searched the halls to find a bigger garbage can to throw it in and couldn't find one. My kids wanted candy but the candy machines were mostly empty. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. What we liked was that it is close to the airport and someone was at the front desk all night if there was a problem. Another good thing was the free breakfast and there was quite a varity to choose from. So if you just need the mimimal, and to be near the airport, this is probably the way to go. But cleanest is a big factor to us. The towel hung on the back of the door was creepy to us and we didn't want to sleep with the smell of take-out food in the room. No we won't be back.

Very pleasant suprise

The location was great, we used public transport the whole time we were there and had no trouble finding stops near by. ALSO the breakfast is so much MORE than a continental breakfast, the staff was extra friendly. Very happy!
