Had to change room twice!

Over the last five years, we have stayed at this hotel but this may be our last time. We were quoted one price over the phone when I made the reservation then charged $81.00 more at check in! The first room was the correct type but we clearly stated non smoking but smelled smoke coming in from another room near by and requested to move. The next room we recieved later that day, upon returning from Thanksgiving dinner with family, we discovered the heat in our room did not work and it was after 12 in the morning when someone came to check on it. My child was asleep and so we stayed in that room but in the morning requested another one for which it took over an hour to get another one just down the hall. The new room was the correct type but the refrigerator in our room was a really old one that didn't work properly so we had to request another one and they brought one to us. After all was said and done, we were refunded $18.00 for our trouble, time and inconvienance! No, next time we will stay somewhere else.
