Holiday Inn Exp Suites Mebane, Mebane

My husband and I enjoyed the room and the location, however upon arriving to check in, we were charged a specific price and we gladly paid in full, however, upon our checking out, we had to pay an additional $10.00 for someone else's mistake about the cost for the room. Where we come from the mistake would have been taken out of that persons check, but it came from our pockets. I wonder what would have happened if I had spent that $10.00 on my gas before checking out? Technically, it was not our mistake or our problem. Right!!!!!
