Comfort Suites Clearwater, Clearwater

NO TOWELS, that really got me. Can you imagine going to your hotel room and there are no clean towels! And when you ask, they tell you use the beach towels (more like rags!) because their towels had not been washed that day. The carpet was filthy, I was afraid to take my shoes off on the room. The service had MUCH to be desired. The receptionist was on the verge of nasty when we arrived late the first night. Her exact words, "What do you want?" Her excuse, she had to work two jobs to pay the bills. Very unprofessional. Our room was never cleaned during the 3 days we were there. The room was dark, half the lamps in the room did not work, and DARE NOT COMPLAIN. You might get the same lady working the customer service desk! Needless to say, the worse place I have ever stayed, ever! Don't waste your money. Not worth it!

We had to be in town for a not so pleasant reason however the staff at this Comfort Suites helped to make it as comfortable as it could be in this trying situation. We were assisted, above and beyond in every way. From expert directions to hospitals and offering all those little "extras" you come to expect from only the highest end hotels. This place simply cannot be beat. The location is fabulous and the sunsets are amazing. Away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists yet close enough to be able to see it all.

I would not ever tell someone to stay at that awful place. For 1 they are very dirty because there are bugs every where, the bathtub had stains in it, the water pressure in the shower is awful, and the place smells like cat pea and the service is bad caue we asked if we could swich rooms and they would not even give us a chance to explain why and then we asked them for are money back cause we were not going to stay in that kind of place and they said no if you don't want to stay here thats fine with us but you are not getting your money back. So if you do not want this to happen to you then don't stay there!!!!!
