A hotel with a heart

This us a wonderful place to stay. The employees seem to really care about your stay and the place is spotless. I cannot sing their praises enough. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the exit.

Well the great experience started as sooon as I arrived at the hotel. David and Crystal at the front desk were excellent. As soon as I got there they pointed me to the nearest seafood restaurant and the food was great. Then with joy they gave us our clean beautiful room and even had fresh baked cookies sitting in the lobby. Overall it was on of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I will definetly be returning to your hotel if ever again in West Chester. Thanks once again for the above satisfactory service.

EXCELLENT STAFF, BEAUTIFUL ROOMS!

The entire staff was very friendly and the rooms were more than I expected. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I have never had a negative experience and will continue to stay every time that I visit West Chester, Ohio.
