We stayed at this hotel 07/22-07/27 for our sons Little League World Series being held in Southaven.Each night we stayed at the pool until midnight or so. Noone ever ran us out the pool area.On Sunday night the MOD ran everyone out the pool.She also walked up and down the halls, knowing where everyone was at that very moment.She had not walked the grounds at all the entire weekend. On Monday morning we realized our car had been broken into. Our camera, our kids psp's, ipods's, the Gps. ANything electronic. It was gone! There was also another group staying at the hotel, his car was also broken into. They would not let me see the video tapes. I truly believe this was an inside job. Not to mention I spoke with the detective handling our case. This is NOT an area you want you & your family in! Please be aware, if you choose to stay here. Please leave NOTHING in your car!!!!!!

i loved the hotel as it was clean and the service was excellent - although i never quite made it for breakfast i can say that the rooms were a good size and i have stayed here twice and am looking to go again in the next few months and will be staying back here the air con was working to excellent standard the bathroom was clean and the towels were of good quality the staff couln't do enough to help and the rooms - well i have stayed in both a king room and also a suite and both were great - the suite is larger but not in there too much so the king room is more than enough - cant wait to get back there - they do have a airport shuttle but i did not use the transpot but the friendly staff can certainly make your stay welcoming

At first glance it appeared we were going to have a great place to stay....that was until the next day. We returned to our room to find that no had changed out any of the towels....and they had no available towels when we went to the front desk. The next morning....there was no one stocking breakfast and the dining area was a mess. After all of that we still had to pay full price for the three nights we stayed. And lets not talk about the parking...or lack thereof....

There wasn't anything to dislike. Everything was great including the service. The room had a fresh smell. The bathroom was very clean. The are shopping centers, and top notched resturants located nearby.

I truely enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn express. The room was cozy and comfortable. I work in Iraq and have to come to Memphis to visit my children, the king size bed and pull out couch was enough to make it comfortable. Not to mention the free high speed internet, allowed me to work on vacation. The continental breakfast was perfect and convient. The housekeeping was very clean and the staff very friendly. The location couldnt be better, just minutes from popular resturants and shopping areas. It was the best hotel stay I have had in a good little while, especially in Memphis.
