Poor customer service and billing disappoint

We stayed at the Four Seasons for a summer vacation only for a couple of nights. We both expected more from our previous experiences at Four Seasons. The location is wonderful, but the customer service was poor, often waiting excessively for front desk service, phone service, and dining/bar service (which was the worst.)
Unattentive waitstaff and terrible service was prolific at each meal, especially dinners. The worst was after one such Friday night meal with poor service, my wife checked our credit card the next day and we were double charged. We went back to dispute and they acted like it was our fault. Then two days later, another mysterious $260 charge shows up (after we'd already left.) A call back to the same lady (Accounting Manager) acted like we were annoying her. Long story short, TWO weeks later, and two calls later, the charges still hadn't changed bouncing our bank account for which they refused to pay. Finally, was put right though we were out several overdraft charges.
If you're desperate for a good view, their are many other good Jackson Hole locations. If your looking to get ripped off, we highly recommend this place!
