Great hotel, BUT....

Even after stopping in person to confirm the reservation 2 days prior to arrival, we still had NO Reservation when we got there. To be fair we did drop one day by phone and wanted to stay 2 nites out of the original 3. Upon arrival, nothing existed in the computer, the staff had no idea how to operate this advaced technology! Training was subpar. Were given handicapped room at discount for our trouble, then they forgot to clean this room because it did not show up on the computer!!! Big thanks to Heidi, who fixed the situation as best as she could.
