NOISY
By victimized, 09/05/07
There was loud banging doors, noise, voices and banging in the halls from 11pm to 3am. Called the front desk at 11pm, 12am, 2am and 3am. They said hopefully, the noise will just go away. The walls are very very thin. The room was clean but if you want a good night's sleep stay somewhere else. This hotel is not at the standard of a Marriott, Hyatt or regular Hilton. On the bright side, the staff said they would be happy to provide a $3 credit for the bad night...

The perfect choice!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/28/06
Everything looked so nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and very comfortable. The kids had a blast in the heated pool while I was able to relax in the whirlpool, which was wonderful after the exhausting ski trip. This hotel was the perfect location to get to the airport!

Life Savers
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/20/06
First off the staff here is amazing...Through the course of some rather interesting events, during the day of our departure at the Hilton our car broke down very late at night. Betwee the Assistant Gen Mngr and one of the cooks the did an amazing job of helping us. To the point that they were willing to comp us an additional night just so we could unwind and deal with the car in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice Surprise
By toad462, 05/25/06
I had heard a negative review or two and had some trepidation about staying here. I was certainly wrong as this was a very pleasurable stay. Located immediately outside the airport exit without any noise whatsoever. The room was immaculate upon check-in and was more than suitable for a stay of any length. The fridge/microwave/coffeemaker area was handy, the king bed was very comfy and the TV was suitable enough. The restaurant was also a surprise and I did not have a bad meal here. The front desk and waitstaff were exuberant and friendly and helpful with anything that arose. The free high-speed internet was flawless and they even supplied the cable! There is wi-fi down in the lobby. Three nights here was a joy and I would definitely stay here again.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/16/05
Pros: microwave + mini fridge/freezer,near airport, airport shuttle, heated pool, clean well decorated rooms, underground parking, lots of closet/drawer space, helpful staff Cons: bkfst costs about $6, but huge variety and great service staff. Other places have complimentary continental bkfst.

Great staff and property
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/09/04
I had just one night here and it was one the best out of 125 hotel stays this year. Good food, great staff, and real close to the airport.
