Won't Go Here Again

The employees we dealt with made clear they could care less about guests. When running on our ceiling woke us up, I asked the night deskman if he could call the other room. He was immediately put out, and made clear I was inconveniencing him. I left a message with the manager about this poor and unprofessional attitude, but she made no effort to call me back. After several weeks, I got a standard "apologize for the inconveniece" e-mail from the parent company. They talk the talk about customer service being important, but they don't even come close to walking the walk. Hotel was pretty basic, but not worth the money when you're treated poorly.
