Key West Inn and Suites Southaven, Southaven

We stopped after a long trip at the first hotel, and we should have kept going. This hotel is poorly managed, and the sign outside said Now open. If it's new or remodled, they need to do more work. Towels were dirty, doors did not work properly and when told to mgt, they said to prop it open with a stick. Cigg burns on the toilet seat, table lamp broken. FREE Breakfast was Horrible!!! Frozen waffles and a few fruit choices, we opted to go to Mc Donald's across the street. Poor hotel!
