Quality Inn And Suites near University Waco, Waco

I have never been to a hotel with worst customer service. The manager was rude and inconsiderate, and did not have anything organized. I feel bad to write such a terrible review, but the lack of customer service was just that bad.

Very clean, The suite was very spacious and it was nice to have 2 TV's, one for my husband and I to watch, and one for the kids. The fee internet access was great, and the kids loved the pool, while my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and work out room. Will definatly stay again if in the area.

Only 5 years old and still smells brand new. The Suites are great for families, so spacious. The indoor pool was great for the kids.

I loved the easy access to IH-35. The computer/internet office access on each floor was very nice. I also enjoyed the newspaper at my door each morning.

We stayed here with are kids and we loved it. the indoor pool was a big hit with the kids. The rooms there nice and clean. We will stay there again!

Avoid this place! Our stay there was dreadful. We booked a non-smoking room but were told that only a smoking room was available on arrival. When I complained, the desk clerk bluntly said, "If you don't like it, go to another motel." I asked for the manager who was no help. I complained that I had specifically requested a non-smoking room when I made my Web reservation -- showing him a printout of the confirmation -- and he replied "that doesn't mean anything." It was late and we had not choice. Poor service for the continental breakfast and checkout is yet another painful story. Go elsewhere and save yourself a lot of trouble.

Family stayed here on July 6/7. Nice place, and the people who run it are nice. Parking is a bit lacking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice, but not recommended for kids under 6 years old. The water depths are 3.6 to 5 ft.
