The hotel occupies floors 8 to 40 and is regarded as the most expensive hotel. The elegant interiors with plush and soft sofas vie for position with the massive sculptures in the lobby. The sculptures are an in-house collection by local artists and are an estimated worth USD3.5 million. Service was horrible!! Their favorite saying was "Oh, I'm so sorry"... recommendations for restaurants/spa were poor; Very disappointing... expected much more from a Four Seasons! Checked out early due to poor service!

Phenomenal Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/16/07
We have stayed at many fine hotels around the world and we would rate you in the top three. The other two are the Peninsula in Chicago & the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco. All of the staff, front of the house & back of the house, deserves great credit for making our stay most enjoyable, even a few days prior to our arrival. Even though the physical facilities are spectacular, it is the people who create the memories. We were discussing returning to the Four Seasons Miami next year to celebrate our anniversary again on the flight home. It is a shame it won’t be happening sooner.

Outstanding!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/20/06
The Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Miami is currently the tallest residential/resort building south of New York City. It is also probably the most expensive hotel in the whole state of Florida. Despite the price, it's worth it!
