They are after your money, illegitimately
If you do check in late at night and you are tired, make sure you read the fine prints.
I booked over the phone and when I got there, I found out that they spelled my name and address wrong, did not have the room I asked for when I did the booking available, and added one more day to my stay on their own (I missed this number on the check in sheet and so I had to argue with them over the charges)!!! So, no matter how tired you are, be careful with them.
In addition to this, when I checked in, they charged my credit card $100 without informing me and as I checked out, instead of subtracting the $100 from the total, they charged me for the whole amount! Of course, I did not learn about the charges until I came back home and looked at my bank statement.
So my advice for you is the following:
- Don't stay there until they have staff members that can understand the information you try relay to them (I asked them to correct my name three times before it was fixed at check out!)
- Don't stay there if math and logic are two strong points of yours because they cannot reciprocate and engage in an intelligent discussion (I showed them an airplane ticket for the day I was checking out to convince them that they made a clerical error when it came to the total days of stay but it was as if I were talking to a wall or a dumb automated system!)
- If customer service is a concern of yours, go somewhere else (The manager is more concerned about making money than listening to you and keeping you as a returning customer!)
- If you do end up there, double check every single transaction during your stay and after you go back home (You never know what you will be charged for)
