Wonderful wonderful
By ,
This hotel was wonderful. We went with our kids (1.5 yrs and 5yrs) and grandma and had 2 adjoining rooms. The services was 5 start. They had a little wind up toy bullet train for my son and origami paper for my daughter. the lobby window overlooks the large tokyo station. I have to say that it is close to the train station but this is a LARGE station with lots of lines going through it. My mom speaks japanese and yet it was still overwhelming. The smaller stations are much easier to navigate around in. This hotel is very convenient though. just take the elevator down and there is a convenience store ( we bought some milk for the kids and some noodles that you just need to add water). there are lots of restaurants and a coffee house also. there are a lot of places to go that is walking distance also. Also close to this hotel is kidzania. if you have kids around 5+ this is a must. kids loved it. The amenities in this hotel are unbelievable. kids had mini bathrobes and kid slippers waiting for them. there was johnson and johnson bath soap and toys and sponges in the bathtub. they had plates with chocolate chip cookies, chocolate covered marshmallows and other things with their names written on the plates in chocolate. they had little books printed for them of kids things to do in the area. The room and bathroom were very large. we didnt feel cramped at all. there is a mini bar. we asked to have the items removed so we can store milk and they cleared it out really quick. the on negative would be that there is a bar or something near the lobby and it made the lobby smell very smoky. also the lobby is very very small. if you want to people watch in the lobby, not the place for it. But overall i absolutely love four seasons. we have stayed at the four seasons before in california and is the best in service. oh one tip is if you have kids, they will lend you a free mcclaren stroller to use. sooo helpful.

Best hotel ever !
By ,
Great level of service and very nice room : large and well decorated, big bathroom. Room was facing the train tracks but we didn't hear it and it gives a nice atmosphere to the place. Location is very fine. Centrally located in Tokyo with easy access to all neighborhood.

Disapointment
By ,
the hotel itself looks very nice from the outside, but the rooms are a bit small and dark. A musty smell seems to prevade the entire building. I was left wanting so much more concidering having paid so much for the room. One could spend one quarter as much and get a better room I think. The food was bland trying to go for that Japanese slash western type style, it did not make it though. There was some hair in the bathroom, never a nice thing to find. The shower took a long time to heat up, maybe other guests were using the hot water or something...
