Homewood Suites San Francisco Airport North, Brisbane

Worst Stay Ever!!! the staff was very rude and didn't greet me, they wouldn't accept my card and kept fidling with thier computers. When I asked to speak to a manager they refused. I was appalled to say the very least. The staff was very inconsiderate and uninviting. I will never return to this property and I highly advise everyone to seek other hotels to save yourself from a terrible experience.

The Homewood Suites (Hilton affiliate) in Brisbane, CA were comfortable and very efficiently done, with a well-equipped kitchenette, sitting room, comfy bed, dressing area and a shower-only bathroom (but a big shower!). The staff was very helpful and friendly. No restaurant, and I missed the Mon-Thurs free dinners, but there is a good restaurant at the next-door Radisson, and the HS has arrangements with local Italian and Chinese places for in-room delivery at reasonable prices (the Chinese food was excellent, and enough for 3 days). The HS is in an industrial park, and caters to young IT people. I felt quite at home. There is a nice walking trail right along the water (across the street). The wind is quite high every day, starting 3-4 pm, which could get to you after a while, but I found it refreshing for the 3 days I was there. Good location, mid-way between SF and the south bay towns.

I loved the hospitality of the employees. I enjoyed the meals that were provided by the hard-working staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Everything was clean and neat. "Your wish was there command"! I would have no problems booking my next visit with Homewood Suites SFO. They also provided great transportation to and from airport.

We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the indoor pool, we used it every morning! Good breakfast and they provided morning paper.

Great room, service, location. Staff went out of their way to make this a very special vacation. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The room has everything you could possibly want and more.
