I loved everything about this Hotel. The staff and location was the best. Great service from the front desk and housekeeping. The gentleman who check us in, I think his name was Jantzen was very nice at check in. I definitely recommend this place. - Lisa S.

GREAT FRONT DESK AND HOTEL STAFF. OUTSTANDING HOTEL TO STAY. JANTZEN WELCOMED US AT CHECK IN. HE WAS VERY NICE AND HOSPITABLE.

quiet and orderly

We stayed there one night for a race being held in Malibu. I had to be up at 4am. A party broke out at midnight next door to us. I called the front desk to quiet things down at 12:30. By 12:34, somebody was knocking on the party people's door and by 12:35 it was quiet and stayed that way. They also had a baby crib ready for us when we arrived, and that allowed us to get to bed early without having to chase it down. I'd stay here again.

Refreshingly High Standards !

I accidentally left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom but didn't discover that fact until the next day. I've forgotten things before at other hotels and figured the toothbrush was a goner, just like the other items and the other hotels. The staff assured me that they train their employees to turn in left items to their Lost and Found, bur I didn't really believe them. Imagine my amazement when they sent it to me the following day. What honesty and professionalism! I am recommending this place to all of my friends and family who travel up to Agoura Hills for family get-togethers.

Nice place to stay

Its a nice place to stay. You get nice hospitality service. You also get breakfast. You get complimentary internet service in your room. You also have a great swimming pool.

3 times and not disapointed!

My family and I have had to visit the Los Angeles area for family reunions 3 times over the past 7 years, and we were never disappointed with this hotel. The lobby is always clean, the staff is always polite. The breakfast rooms has a large flat screen TV for the business people or just the travlers. Our family staying at this hotel were a total of 12 adults ranging from 22 to 72 and 8 young children, it was a pleasure to watch our Fl. basketball team beat the UCLA team on the large screen TV, with coffee and tea available and lots of tables and chairs. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the red breasted birds and view of the mountains were great. We will be back in 2 years. Thank you.

My wedding party stayed there and I would do it again!

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Agoura Hills was exactly what I was looking for when I was arranging accomodations for my wedding party and myself. We stayed there amidst 7 other wedding parties and hardly even knew they were there. The staff was courteous and accomodating. The manager who helped me book a block of rooms was professional and gave us a good deal. When we ended up with more people than we had rooms for, the staff really did their best to assist everyone at the last minute. The location is freeway close but VERY quiet. My room, which was just a basic hotel room, was like a sanctuary - beautifully decorated, peaceful and well-equipped with a mini-fridge, internet access, video games, radio, etc. I know I'm going on and on but this place was just right for my pre-wedding hours and not having to worry about accomodations for 30 people really helped things to go smoothly.
