This property consists of 50 individual homes and is located approximately 20 miles from the Orlando International Airport. The property is located in Clermont, six miles from Kissimmee and 11 miles from the entrance to the Walt Disney World® Resort.Amenities include private pool, fully equipped kitchen that include oven, stovetop, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, coffeemaker, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, and microwave.In addition to the amenities inside each home, guests can visit the reception and registration area 24-hours a day. Copier and fax services are also available.Each home features a two-car garage, washer/ dryer, sleeper sofa in the living room, alarm clocks in each bedroom, televisions with HBO, telephones with dataports and free local calls (up to 30 minutes), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries (request), and ample linens. Some homes feature Jacuzzi tubs. Daily or weekly housekeeping services are available upon request. All of the homes are non-smoking. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. Rental rates are based on the number of bedrooms in each home, not the number of occupants. <>NOTE: Stays less than 5 nights, must pay a cleaning fee upon check-out. Cleaning fees range from $75 -$125 plus tax. Additional cleaning services may be added at check in.Early Check-in (Before 3pm) $65 + tax -if available/advance notice required.
