It stinks!

We had requested and confirmed a NON-smoking room. We were told that the entire facility was non-smoking. It turned out that they had only achieved that designation 12 days before our stay. It seemed to us that the only thing the management did was remove the ashtrays from the rooms. Our room was unbearable with smoke stink with no apologies from the front desk. This was UNC's graduation weekend so we were charged almost $160 to sleep there. We also requested linens for the sofa bed and were issued 2 sheets. When we asked for a pillow and a blanket also, we were reluctantly given the blanket but told they were short on pillows. For $160, I would think they could go buy some pillows. We would sleep in our car before staying there again.
