Fiendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds. Pool and waterpark area were a blast. Most of all the rooms were SPOTLESS!!! Great value. Would stay again. H20 is fun from 6 to 60.

Are family went to Great Wolf Lodge and it was great! We got a big room and went to the waterpark! It was really cool! We also played in the game room! The funny thing was we got an handycapped rooom......lol

The room had decent size. The water presseure at the sink is terrible, hard to wash your hands or brush your teeth. Stains everywhere; on the sheets and beding, matress (blood or vomit?), floor and more. The outside pool is very small. The indoor area is better, but small too with not so exciting slides for older kids. Game room was hot and the machines kept breaking and I mean all of them were broke. I was on the 3rd floor and all night you could hear noises of people running the halls and rooms and banging from the floor above. Mixed drinks are $8 each. One lunch with chicken tenders and fries with limited drinks was $50. A/C worked. Beds are good. Average price per night $180 (large group discount). Was told we would get 6 passes per room and desk said we only get 4 and if "we only have 2 in the room, why the extra passes?" I explianed that we are staying near family and they might want to visit with us at the hotel. Location is very easy to get to. parking was good. In closing, the lack of more exciting things to do, noise, cost, and dirtyness, I won't there again.

Do not reserve here if there is any chance you may not arrive on time-- their cancellation policy is terrible. Our arriving flight was canceled because of weather. Great Wolf kept the room payment and gave us a room voucher that was good for a grand total of four months. The room wasn't cheap ($200+) enough to take a risk with a paid reservation.

We actually won the stay so that was the good part. Great room, large, had a loft and was clean. The waterpark area was for little kids only. I mean 6 years and under the rest of our group, 10 total, were board out of our minds.

Most of the hotels in the area are 2 star hotels with the exception of a few. This place with comfortable and clean. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The only downfall to this place is that it is next to a mall so it kind of takes away the feeling of being away on vacation.

During our stay we were awaken shortly after midnight to older kids yelling and what sounded like numerous kids jumping off beds from the room above us. Fifteen minutes of continued jumping we called the front desk which took 4 1/2 minutes of continued ringing for someone to answer. They said they would send security up right away to quiet the people down. The noise continued for over an hour and after 1 am I tried to call the front desk again, after letting the phone ring for over 5 minutes, with no answer, I got up and went to the front desk while my wife stayed on the phone, which never did get answered. I walked around the empty front desk and lobby for awhile before I heard some music in the closed darkened restaurant; I poked my head in and was greeted by the security guard who told me that he was the individual who visited the room above ours. He informed me that there was a high school band staying above us and that they were out of state and that there was not much he could do other than have US move to a different room. In desperate need of trying to get some sleep I gathered my wife and 10 y/o twins and moved to a room down the hall leaving all of our belongings in our original room. The next morning I brought my concerns to the manager; not having someone answer the phone at the front desk, our family having to be displaced despite someone else causing the commotion, and no follow up made by the staff; all which seem to fall on deaf ears. He made no offer or apology for our inconvenience. If this is how they treat their guest at the prices they charge it will not be long before they are closed.

not good compared to other indoor water parks (castaway bay kalahari) no good water rides and very expensive compared to others seemed very small would not return again unless rates were dropped not even close to top three indoor water parks in sandusky (cast away bay, kalahari, and maui sands ) bottom line dont waste your money unless the trips strictly for kids 5 and under

Remember when it was called Great Bear? Now that it is great wolf, during the halloween season when we go, it has not been as much fun. That was such a nice attraction to offer the children -dress up in costumes and go through the maze outside, but they recently had it INSIDE! That caused a lot of traffic problems in the hotel, and is not as much fun. We were very diappointed! We used to love it. It also always smells of sewer. The rooms are nice,and the water park is nice, though it does get crowded.

My family just returned from our trip to Great Wolf Lodge, we had a wonderful time! I have an 11 year old, a 9 year old, and 8 year old and a 1 year old and all four of them had a blast. We got the paw pass for the older three - I would recommend them as it gave them plenty to do when not in the water park, and plenty of souveniers. My eight year old would like to move-in to the Great Wolf Lodge. The arcade gave plenty of tickets on the games, and the prizes you redeem them for, where decent . It was a little cold out yet for the outdoor part of the park, but the water was warm so you really couldn't tell while you were in. I loved that most of the park was indoors, so if you did plan a visit far off you wouldn't have to worry about getting rained out. Our only real complaint, was of the security, one of the doors that opens to the outside (you need to use your room key on it) opened without the key, and there was no one really checking to see who was comming and going through the doors of the water park, they didn't check your wrist band. Anyone could have walked in and picked out a child that wasn't being supervised. As far as the service, it was excellent, everone was very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants, except for some fries and a hot pretzel at the snack bar in the water park - they were good. We would definately visit this park again, if my kids would've been given a choice, they would have never left.
