Poor Management Poor Service No Customer Skills
Logan Inn location looked nice however, management was scary and customer service skills were even scarier. Our story goes like this, we order two iced teas, two steak salads (overpriced at 19.00 each) my wife is allergic to Almonds and asked for her salad without Almonds, we also ordered a blooming onion as an appetizer. Our salads arrived before our appetizer, and we noticed that my wifes salad still had almonds, the waitress apologized and took the salad back to get it corrected when they brought our onion to the table. Shortly after the onion arrived we had not eaten anything yet, a manager came to the table who stated that "they could not and would not take the almonds off the salad". We said that is wrong since there is an allergy involved, and she said" that the kitchen had 300 tickets and the chef would not honor special requests".
We said no problem we would pay for our iced teas and we left six dollars and said we would go elsewhere obviously they did not want our business.
We tried to leave and the manager said call my brother he is a police officer and I said go ahead, we left and the manager proceeded to follow us on the street trying to get the police on the phone. I reiterated that we paid for what we consumed six dollars should cover two non alcoholic iced teas and this girl rudely said out iced teas are 4.50 each.
My wife an I walked across the bridge to Lambertville, NJ and this girl who said her father is the chef and her brother who was suppose to be a cop was the owner, continued to follow us and said she was now going to call the Lambertville, NJ police. Lambertville is across from New Hope, PA.
My wife and I said let's get away from this crazy girl and we went inot an Antique Store, this girl sat out fron of the store screaming on the phone about us leaving.
This establishment had bad service, was over priced and has poor management I would not recommend it to anyone and I will be alerting the Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau and writing the local news papers because the owners and management need to understand that we are the customers.
