very disappointed in the room--no iron, but had ironing board, bed linens were old and worn--bed not made- top sheet just hap hazadarly pulled over pillows, blanket had stains-box spring loosely wrapped in plastic-floor not vacuumed-mattress and boxspring smaller than the headboard attached to wall making it difficult to reach lights on wall from bed--furnishing very old

Okay this place is a dive. The wireless internet access is so weak that I had to borrow a computer cable from the front desk. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the cigarette smoke that permeates everything, its hit you in the face. In the 5 days I stayed there my room was properly cleaned one time! The hotel staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The hair dryer did not work in my room, I asked twice to have someone look at it, there was no follow up. You had to walk through garbage and smokers to walk in to the hotel. I was told I could not eat my breakfast in my room. The excercise bike seat was broken. There was no back on remote for my TV. FIX YOUR PLACE! I will not be recommending this hotel for any business travelers and the Quality brand has just dropped to nothing in my eyes.

The rooms are a little outdated, but clean. Very quiet settings, nice for us as we had 2 dogs with us, and we were only charged 10 bucks a dog. Lots of room to walk em' outside. They could use some new furnishings and linens, but overall for a big city and the price, I'd recommend it. Would definitely stay again.
