Loved It
By davem, 03/06/08
Cool without being cold; excellent service from a young and attractive and well-trained staff. Room wasn't huge, but well-arranged and had all the amenities. I spent nearly a full week here and didn't have a single complaint. Room service = A+. Maid service = A+.

An Experience So Amazing
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/25/07
This trip was excelent staying here. At night you can experience life as a royal. I went for a week long trip and it was absolutely beautiful. There was a engagement for my cousin so it wa son the top floor. On the top floor the windows are huge. If you stand next to them you will feel like you are about to fall. It wa a mix of trendy, fancy, and hip. I fell in love with the rooms too. It was on the third floor and the veiw was OK. The people on the front desk were very polite and offered my daughter an apple from a basket which was sitting on the desk. There was also a complementary Coffe and Hot Cocoa stand near the door. It was AMAZING! I would love to come here again. If you are planning to come to Boston then you should go here. ;)

High-end hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/03/07
Nine-Zero is a jarringly modern mid-size hotel perfectly situated close to the Common, theatre and financial districts. I found the staff very attentive, warm, friendly, professional. My room was luxuriantly appointed, the view from the 19th floor was grand. Beds were comfortable. Room service was fast and efficient. Rather expensive, but first class all the way.

location was perfect
By pradeep, 10/05/07
The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

9 for Nine Zero!
By BuddyBloom, 06/05/07
Boutique hotels are now on the rise because of its uniqueness and service. Although it may cost a lot to stay at Nine Zero while I was there – because it was a graduation weekend – overall I gave it a 9 out of 10. Boston is easy and convenient to get around, and most of all at Nine Zero, everything is at walking distance. So you can forget about renting a car – it is not worth it! The ambience of the hotel is excellent. Friendly staff members, and they always anticipate what you need – whether it be maps, directions and even suggestionson anything that may reduce your traveling headaches. Our room is adequate yet comfortable. A beautiful view of the city and very quiet at night from the hustling and bustling of early morning traffic. It is worth spending extra $30 or more to be way above, because it can get pretty wild at night. Since it is located on Tremont Street, the parallel street is Washington Street where all the shopping can be done here. Perfect for a weekend getaway. For those who are in a tight budget, you can always walk the street down and get your essentials at CVS Pharmacy or Dunkin Donuts for coffee & donuts. About 2 blocks down, which is less than a minute is the Park Street metro. It will take you anywhere you want to be. I highly recommend this hotel to those who have never been to Boston. Walking distance to the Faneuil Hall and other attractions. Don't forget to look for Steven at the Concierge. He's always happy to help you with your sightseeing schedule. Just make sure you know what you are looking for.

fantastic!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/04/07
great hotel, great location. stayed with my wife and 5 year old daughter. they let us check in 4 hours earlier than scheduled. the free wine tasting at 5 pm was superb, not the cheap stuff. they noticed that my little girl was bored while we had some wine, and immediatley brought her some fresh baked cookies and milk along with some crayons and paper. Every request was met with a "yes sir, of course sir". rooms were fantastic and clean. Restaurant was pricey but great food. oing back again next week mainly because of the hotel. (we live in florida)

Good value for our quick overnight in Boston.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/03/07
We got a great last minute rate on our room, so we thought it was value for the dollar simply for the location- we also received a complimentary upgrade and had a beautiful view of the Boston Common. Trendy hotel with a bit more glitzy style than substance. The staff, however, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room had some maintenance issues (shower, safe, dings on the furniture) and housekeeping issues (big black hairs on the duvet which seemed cleaned and pressed, however) but it was very comfortable. I would return again for the same low rate, but I don't think I'd pay much more. I would instead try XV Beacon just a block over on Beacon Street - pricier, more difficult to get a reduced rate - but worth the money!!

Urban Chic in Great Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/23/07
Nine Zero offers hip, modern accomodations right in the heart of Boston. You are a short walk from Boston Common and a central subway stop; close to Beacon Hill, Downtown Crossing, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market and the Newbury Street shops. The service is good and a concierge is always available to help with recommendations for restaurants. You won't feel guilty for paying a little more once you start enjoying the convenience of the location and the swank atmosphere of the hotel. My only complaint was having to pay extra to use the online services in the business lounge.

Classy Hotel in the Heart of Bsoton
By Miranda's ~ Rites, 05/12/06
Our family had the pleasure of staying in this new "boutique" style Boston hotel. The 9-0 is so conveniently located to most areas in Boston. We had a two room suite which was bigger than most Manhattan apartments. Beautiful, hip decor throughout the clean rooms. The staff was so very helpful and the room service quickly delivered excellent food. The lobby is small but has a nice sitting area and the hotel has a new restaurant for great dining. Our window overlooked the old Tremont St. cemetary for those interested in historic rubbings. Having grown up in Boston, the Hotel's location brought back many memories of time spent in the Boston Common park nearby with my parents and brother. Fanueil hall is a stone's throw away and Newbury St. is a fine walk through the Commons or via the Beacon Hill boundary. Parking is next to the hotel in an open lot and you are charged per day. The Nine - O is an excellent hotel for business and family. I'm sure we'll return.
