Comfort Suites Central/I-44, Tulsa

We have stayed here 4 times in the past year and will continue to return. The hotel is very clean, front desk service has been nothing but helpful each visit, and the beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast is not bad either. For the price, this really is a great place and we would recommend it to anyone traveling to Tulsa. The only negative is that the swimming pool is very small.

I would appreciate it if you would send me the brand name of your mattress's and mattress pads. I would like to purchase one each of them. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. Loud, party atmosphere. They cancelled our reservation, I specifically asked how late I could check in and was told there was no time limit. They tried bill my credit card in advance, I was told that I could pay cash and nothing would be charged to my card. The woman was rude and their lack of communication between staff left me, my husband and our two small children searching for a place to stay at 11:30pm. For a gold standard hotel this one places last in my opinion. I must say, after seeing the partiers in the lobby coming in and out I'm glad we didn't stay.

The hotel is very nice. Clean, modern, and friedly. The breakfast bar was fully loaded. The attendent was very helpful and the manager sent me off with a smile.

I Love the Comfort Suites Hotel. I just recently stayed at the Tulsa location on 33rd street and the staff was very friendly, rooms were very neat and clean. I am heading back to Tulsa in January and I just made mt reservations because I refuse to stay anywhere else.

The staff at this hotel was great. Even though I got to the breakfest room at 10:15am, after they had closed the breakfest area, they got some items out for me and my family. The manager, I think her name was NIla, was very friedly. The only thing negative is that the yard sprinkler system was on at 11:00pm and got my wife's dress a little wet. Otherwise we had a great stay.

New hotel. Clean, spacious, and quiet. Helpful staff. Somewhat difficult to find in an office area away from the interstate. Was somewhat concerned about what appeared to be a biker bar directly in front of the hotel. Not a problem though.

Our 15 hour trip to Tulsa ended up being a 17.5 hour trip because the hotel posted their address wrong on the internet. I called the hotel twice before departing on our trip to make sure it was alright if I arrived in the wee hours of the morning. They said, oh sure it'll be no problem. It was a problem....after ending up on the way other side of town, we got to the hotel where the guy at the desk told us he marked us as a no show because we weren't there by midnight. They charged us for the rooms we didn't even get to see after telling us they didn't save them for us because we were late. After persistant arguments from my exhausted travel companions, we got our money back. I really was looking forward to a nice hotel to spend my vacation staying at, but with service like that....I won't be trying the Comfort Suite chain of hotels again.

Love the fact it is all non-smoking. They are not stingy with their towels, either!
