Residence Inn by Marriott, Folsom

I have stayed at this hotel may times. Over the last four years and two years ago I left behind a dvd movie. I called and they said it wasn't there. I thought oh well it is only a movie. Then I was there when a maid got sick and we found her past out I called for them to call 911 but they didnt took them almost 10 mins to come to her aid then they called 911. I hadn't stayed there again for some time and until this last weekend. I forgot a 5 quart skillet with lid discovered it 20 mins after I checked out and called them right away. I got a call back within about 10 mins informing me that it was not there. i told them it had to be, because I didnt have it. I still do not have it and I know it didnt grow legs and walk off. All they kept saying was that I signed a paper that informed me about things left behind. So beware do not need 911 called while there and be careful with your belongings. I wonder how many other people out there have had this happen to them from this location.
