There was no-one in the Restaurant to advise what I could eat which was free of gluten. All the waiters were busy and could not understand english very well. There was an absence of an overall Restaurant Manager who I could go to on a daily basis and ask for gluten free meals, in the evening especially. Overall this hotel does not cater very well for those on gluten free diets. This made life very difficult and I did not look forward to meals.

everything about this hotel was relaxing, we came home feeling like we really had been on holiday and were so chilled out. we travelled with 2 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 8 yrs. restaurants were excellent and plenty of choice. the place was constantly being cleaned. entertainment was very samey as other hotels we have been to but i am a firm believer in its what you make it!!! we had no complaints!! the rooms are huge and again spotless!!! we have booked again for this year as our last holiday - although nice - was not a patch on here!!!

everything except beach but do remember it is isolated and quiet if you dont want thts then dont book it! the staff get 11out of 10! as does the food and service . the cleaners 12!

I have to say the food and all aphmosfere was amazing . Great holidays for a couple. Just big minus for staff service, could by better!! U can really follen in love. Just clear your minde and go for it :)

Got back yesterday 30th Oct 07 after a week in the Bahia Principe Costa Adeji with my husband and 15 year old son. The whole place is very colourful and spotlessly clean. The maintenance must be ongoing beause there was nothing that needed attention. The main buffet restaurant had plenty of choice, if you couldn't find anything you liked you must be very hard to please. Everything was clean, fresh and tasty, I enjoyed every meal, I like lots of healthy options, vegetables, fruit and fish. The lamb, steak and pork were all very tasty. We also ate in the Vista Mar (seafood) restaurant, very nice, that was our favourite. The Casa Bonita (spanish) restaurant was good, and the Portefino (italian) restaurant was also good. The pools were very clean and the animation guy who does the aguasplash every morning at 11:30 was very entertaining. The gardens are landscaped beautifully. The evening entertainment wasn't bad in the lobby bar. The animation team provided entertainment in the Peublo Principe area but you had to pay for drinks there which I thought was a liberty in an all-inclusive complex. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday, I would recommend to couples or families, but there are lots of steps and inclines, so be warned.

I am returning in a fornight to this lovely holiday after spending our second summer vacation here. I was worried that the 2nd trip would not live up to our first visit but I have to say it was even better. The food is excellent, the staff are all helpful and friendly and helped me with every query I had. This summer I have to be honest the animation team were absolutely fab, they work so hard but are so friendly and contributed to making our stay the best holiday I have ever had. I cannot wait to return in a few weeks and knowing how great it is have already booked up for next summer also. I would highly recommend this hotel.

hotel stunnig, very clean well maintained. staff helpful, food very good. one downfall of this hotel is that if you are taking toddlers there is no fruit shoots or coridal for them to drink, just pure fruit juices which are to strong. other than that its lovely, pools clean, entertainment good for kids. very seculed tho, nowhere to wander round unless you get the free bus which takes you to las americas. the family enjoyed it very much they cant wait to go back.This hotel deserevs 5 star

what can i say about this hotel but it was fabulous my best holiday yet.cant wait to go back.the hotel was very clean to a high standard.food was great there was a lot of choice to have.it was one of the highest standard hotels i have stayed in and i have stayed in a good few of them .the only thing i can complain about was we didn't leave till 10 in the evening and spend the day at the pool and they had no courtesy room to get changed in .we had to get change in the toilets with no shower facilities but apart from that there was nothing else to complain about.

From the minute we arrived at reception we were treated with coutesy and respect by all the staff.Food was fantastic-so much variety to cater for all tastes.Rooms are larger than average and cleaned daily with the free mini bar re-stocked at the same time.Pools are huge and cleaned daily.plenty of sunbeds. The gardens are beautiful and well looked after.The location is a bit remote but then it does tell you that in the brochure and there is a bus to Las Americas at 10am and 11am(4 Euros adult 2 Euros child)or 12 Midday which is free!Entertainment outside the lobby bar was by proffesional musicians and was mostly relaxing jazz type music and a pop duet all well performed.However the entertainment provided by the hotel entertainers was very poor with little effort put in-Grease was performed by miming(poorly) to the original soundtrack. Overall a top hotel which we were sad to leave after our 10 Day Holiday

Every thing about this hotel was brilliant cant wait to go again! It is situated all on its own so you cant walk to anywhere but they do a free shuttle bus so its not a problem. Food excellent. Pools wonderful. A++++
