Quality Inn and Suites Jekyll Island, Jekyll Island

First room 219 the rug was disgusting stains, spots all over plus room smelled of mold and mildew. Next room was a suite type, newer rug. Bathroom no fan everything old extension cords hanging in the kitchenette area over the sink. This place is just old and dingy. Will not stay again. Towels and bed linens were clean also bathroom was clean. Bugs in tub though. Plug outlets way outdated. Not worth the money....no value, 2 nights was enough. Location is great but not worth the aggravation. There are better places to stay on the Island. Checked out Days Inn on the way home clean, very reasonable and on the ocean. Breakfast was not bad other than the fact flies were all over and not a real inviting area to relax and eat.

Mold and Mildew in the bathroom and ceilings in the two rooms they put us into (318 and 101), and it was quite visible to the eye. If management had checked things out, they would have seen it and never rented the rooms. Carpets and walls filthy. Wouldn't recommend it. When you think about Jekyll Island, a tourist area, things would be clean and not filthy. Wouldn't recommend hotel at all. Staff was nice

Very Large Suite. Great Breakfast. Good Value for short walk to the beach. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. It was plenty of room for two people and could fit up to four easily or a family. Overall, the suite could use an upgrade, but everything worked just fine. The hotel is not oceanfront, but very easy walk across the street to the beach and much cheaper than oceanfront rooms. Deluxe continental breakfast was more than expected and many options if your stay is longer than one day. They had yogurt, fruit cups, cereal, muffins, buscuits, bread, gravy, meat, egg, two different juices, coffee, milk, water, waffles, etc. The staff was friendly and willing to provide what was needed, especially hospitality at breakfast and housekeeping.

This Hotel was a dump. I also had something of value stolen out of our room. They were not helpful at all. They kept making excuses and covering for there staff. Would not recommend.

My daughter and her husband just traveled to Jekyll Island for their 1st wedding anniversary and they stayed here. The hotel has completely been redone. Rooms were very nicely appointed and a nice walk~in closet area adjoining the bath. The staff were very friendly and unusually helpful. The pool was great also. They had a wonderful time and to top it off, they allow pets too. That was a big plus for them. Would definitely go there again.

MY FAMILY AND I ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE.WE HAD A 1BED ROOM SUITE WITH KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM,THAT WAS VERY ROOMY.EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH,IT WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE(100yrds).I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

Me and my boyfriend went there for the weekend and it was the only one that wasnt booked up and over priced. We got a suite which was really nice and I am usually a very picky person. It was a huge room with a big t.v., sofa, huge bathroom with a chair in there. It was clean, we did not go in the pool but it looked nice. The continental breakfast was great, they had a nice, large selection and was good. If you are planning a trip to Jekyll island whatever you do, do not go to Zachry's for dinner we went there and got sick and the food was disgusting. Make sure you try Blackbeard's, but be sure to have a reservation. Oh and Summer Waves is a little dirty and not that great, they lie to you that they have a wave pool but they closed it down for concerts.

Our room was filthy, had big stain in middle of rug, beds uncomfortable.
