Hampton Inn Helena Mt, Helena

Check in was quick and smooth. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was good. They had a full continental style breakfast plus biscuits, gravy, and eggs. Very clean. Would definatley stay again!

I have never written a review about a hotel, but feel compelled to write about the Hampton Inn in Helena MT. First of all, on a positive note, the help is first class, very nice people at the desk. We chose to stay at this place because the advertisement on the website said they served biscuits and gravy at their breakfast. They do not serve biscuits and gravy, but serve bagels, toast, cereal and the like. Not a bad breakfast, unless your a man and are anticipating bisuits and gravy!!!!! Very disappointing!! Also, the reason we stayed there was to have our kids swim in the pool, which seemed very nice until we went to "check it out" and there were big globs of hair floating around in the pool, not too applealing for letting our little kids swim. Our friends also stayed, and paid a higher price than us, and their room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator, hmmm we did not figure that one out, but thought we would share our experience. We would go back to the Shilo Inn before we stayed here again!
