the stay at the hotel was good.. i can't wait to go back !!! seriously,,,,the location isn't that good but the service good.. and the people out there can have fun..

I have to say I was nervous after reading the reviews. I couldn't get any other hotel in town and since it was so affordable, I was scared. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was wonderful and the hotel was clean. I would stay here again.

This Place is has a ramp. You can get most places in the hotel with a wheelchair as long as it is less than 24 inches wide. The elevators are narrow. Free breakfast when I was there. Sink and toilet in rooms are usable for a wheelchair user but you have to reach since it is not a roll under sink. There are no grab bars. The Tub is too high. Very difficult to get in and out. The hotel could easily convert any room in to a handicapped room. Much cheaper that the 5 star hotels which are the only other ones that are somewhat accessible.

absolutely perfect...its like home away from home for me...the staff so courteous and warm...even though i was away from my family for 15 long days...i never missed home.... a must visit place for its experience

Very friendly staff. Read earlier reviews and was apprehensive. But after I checked in my perceptions changed. Very friendly and courteios staff. My wife had lost one of her gold ear ring but one of the staff found the same while cleaning the room and handed the same back to us after checking out. Will always love to come back. Hope they keep up the Standards.

Like - Nothing Dislike - Everything I feel the hotel belongs to cheaters. The hotel is under contract with my company. Just before my visit, hotel revised its tariff, which was not approved by my company. I was not apprised of it on booking, neither when I checked-in. When I came to know about it, the staff's behaviour was plain unhelpful. The staff lacks courtesy, location is not great, room is just OK, food is good, but service is not. You can get much better hotel than this in Hyderabad.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days on a business trip to my off shore vendor in Hyderabad. When I reserved the room, I was assured a discount of 20%, which the hotel manager refused to honor while I checked out. The manager was rude , and he said he is not reponsible for the discounts and I had to shell out the entire amount. The last time I visited the hotel, it was different management and they went out of their way to care of my needs. The new mgmt sucks !! The hotel has pub and the music is pretty loud and goes well into the night which caused too much of discomfort for hotel guests. The mgmt did not do anything even after complaining about the music. I wonder if they behave same with Indian customers or if this is special treatment for foreign visitors, who they feel they can cheat and get away.

Mainly the location is tremendous. I would like to know how did the owner pick up such a beautiful location. Also Kudos to the interiors you have maintained.
