It was great for a family on a budget

I thought if your a family on a budget and needed a place that was close to philly and atlantic city, this is the place for you. The breakfast wasn't all that great , yet when you are paying under 70 dollars a night you can't be picky. The room was clean, sheets were changed and fresh, plenty of towels, free wifi and cable. After traveling through the city that's all we wanted.

Although the location was very close to our destination, the service was non existent, the rooms were dirty and dark, and the smell was just plain bad. Continental Breakfast was stale and barely edible. What was brought out looked like it had been around for some time. It appears that management is just milking this thing for all it is worth and providing as little service as possible to increase their profit.

Place needs help

Ok, they are doing renovations, half-heartly is seems, but .... the breakfast room is too small, continetal breakfast is not from any continent I've visited, no such thing as landscaping, some nice staff and some not so nice. At least it was clean, and lots of hot water.

Overpriced

This is definitely an economy type lodging. It was adequate for our needs, but overpriced. Our room was clean and comfortable, but furnishings and linens not luxurious. Exterior hallways and stairs dirty. Located in busy area and near turnpike, but set way back from street, so remarkably quiet. We were able to open the windows and get lots of fresh air, and were not bothered by traffic noise.
Exterior grounds unattractive, and paved areas badly in need of repair. Usual motel continental breakfast.
