Nice place to stay, but not really a B&B

We enjoyed our stay here and the room we had was nice. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our biggest surprise and disappointment was the fact that while it is marketed as a B&B, it is really simply a hotel. There is no common space to have breakfast or relax, aside from the front porch, which limits the feeling of being a guest at someones home. Breakfast is served on a table in the narrow entry hall and you basically get your breakfast and then retreat to your room. This makes for little social interaction. In retrospect we probably would opt for a cheap(er) hotel over this B&B for exactly that reason. Essentially, a key selling point for staying at a B&B was completely absent. You'll be able to note this when visiting their website. Note the lack of any pictures of common spaces.
It is in a pretty convenient location for walking into town and some nice nearby restaurants. We had dinner one night at the recommendable Aquarelle.
