The hotel is only seven minutes from Cairo International Airport and just five minutes from the Cairo International Conference Centre. Guests are assured of a comfortable and relaxing stay in the 790 guest rooms, which include suites, Garden Wing Poolside rooms and 15 bedroom residence suites. Club InterContinental accommodation offers upgraded facilities and amenities. A choice of dining options includes a Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant, Mediterranean fine dining, Lebanese Restaurant, coffe shop, cocktail lounge, fish market-style restaurant (Opening Soon) and various entertainment venues, together with 24 hour Room Service. The hotel was just marvelous. The service I got was excellent. The resturants had great food and service was great. The front desk made sure that I was charged properlly and insured that my future visu=its would be the same.

diliked it very much.I did not like the service. I was very unsatisfied with all that went on. It was all very noisy. I apologize for this bad report but the service was terrible. I will not go again to this hotel. The location was also bad. I thought it was going to be better but it was not.

Everything is fantastic the rooms are perfect the service is exellent to. I liked eveything everything was so beautiful the view was great to and the servant are very nice.

Nice Hotel but poor food experience

This hotel has nice amenities, his location is good and bad, good next to airport, bad because it si not easy to access the city center without traffic ( 20 km in the guides).Our room was overlooking a parking and a mall entrance. The breakfast is gret by overall food in hotel was not good in two of the restaurants . Pool is great and Chicha night experience a must by this pool. I will not recommend it except if you need to be next to airport

I was in this hotel for business. It is a very good location with a nice shopping center next. I will not go back as they are very unflexible and not serious. In the internet another company offered a better rate for the same hotel - nobody was interested to hear anthing about the best price guarantee. I booked a room incl. breakfast but had to pay for breakfast separately again. Not a good service

Great Hotel

I've stayed at this hotel during my last 3 visits to Cairo. It is a very new and modern hotel that is attached to the Citystars Mall. The hotel is very clean, staff is courteous and attentive, and it is a great value for the price. The location is a reasonable distance from the airport and the mall places all you can need at your fingertips. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience

My husband and I were met at the Cairo airport by your most helpful personnel and escorted through customs, baggage claim and brought most promptly to the hotel. The service was courteous and their English was perfect. The hotel was the finest I have ever experienced. I have traveled to thirty-eight countries and stayed in many hotels. I felt like we were royalty and staying in a palace. I hope to return to Cairo next October or November and we will make reservations at your hotel again. The service could not have been better. The food was superior and the entertainment was great. the room was comfortable and the bed was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. We also loved the shopping center next to the hotel. In some ways the technology at the hotel and the shopping center was in advance of anything here in the USA. The elevator system was great. We never had to wait for a car and always went directly to our floor. the escalators at the shopping center being motion activated must save a lot of electricity costs. The city of Cairo and its people were great and it was one of the top vacations we have ever taken. Barbara Vaka room 714 November 10-16

I belive it is really the Middle east best hotel. it is very luxurious and fancy,and it is only few meters away of the cairo biggest shopping center.

Definitely One of Cairo's Best!

This is an excellent hotel with 5-star treatment. Both room service and the main restaurant provide exquisite food from a variety of locales. (Although room service could be just a little bit quicker.) The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable and the bathroom even features your own rubber duckie! The hotel is located right next door to Cairo's largest shopping mall (literally a 10-yard walk), making it tempting to spend too much money. Although a bit pricey, it's definitely worth splurging. If you're planning a trip to Cairo, you can't do much better than this one!
