Great location

Great place to stay. Very convenient location. Closest to Pigeon Forge. They need to improve on the breakfast. While we were there (3 mornings) they had a very slim selection. No fresh fruit. We went next door 2 mornings to a pancake house. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room (king suite) was very nice, all furniture and bedding new. Very clean. There were only 2 carts to carry your luggage and stuff in and out of the room. So we had to wait in the lobby to follow someone out to get the cart from them. We did not use the pool area, but it was very busy when we went past. The rooms were very quiet, did not hear any of the other guests while were there. It is convenient to the Trolley.

We Always Stay Here

We always stay at this particular hotel in the gatlinburg area its really feels like home we always stay their the rooms are always clean and great the pool is always clean and refreshing the hotel is in the perfect spot...the trolley stops at the hotel..often...indoor outdoor pool indoor gym enternet access...complimentary breakfast...truly one the best hotels in gatlinburg...stay here u will not regret it...

Really nice hotel...

My husband and I stayed here one night on our way to Myrtle Beach, SC, and we loved it! The room was nice, smelled great, so clean, the hotel was very well-kept. One downfall was the mini-golf noise!! The location was a bit out from the rest of town, but that was ok. We really liked it and would definitely stay again.
 
 
 
 
 
Stay there again this year

My Husband and I stayed here for on our Honeymoon after our Cabin became over run with Lady Bugs. We were able to check in at 3am in the morning and loved our stay so much that we didn't get a Cabin the following year for our anniversary, we just stayed at the hotel again. We saved a lot of money because the Hotel is priced so great and the location from Gatlinburg is much nicer than driving all those back roads for a cabin. Plus the hotel is located in the Same parking lot with Damon's Grill....You can't beat a GREAT Steak House right next door. We come to Gatlinburg EVERY year for our Anniversary and we are coming at the end of the month and are planning our stay for this hotel Again, this year.

Good location

My daughter and I stayed there in July 2006.The rooms were very clean and spacious.The staff was friendly and very helful.There breakfast was very good better than most .The internet connections was very good.Very good almost as good as the Seviervilelocation

We will be staying here again

After making a reservation at a different hotel in Gatlinburg and reading the reviews online we canceled. We normally stay in a cabin but my family wanted to stay closer to all the action. This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and has a very nice helpful staff. The indoor pool was very clean. We also recieved a free upgrade to a king suite with 2 televisions, this being a big plus as we have two boys who like to watch different shows. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family in a heartbeat, next time we visit Gatlinburg we will be staying here.
 
 
 
 
 
I love this hotel

I loved this hotel for many reasons. The staff was so friedly, also, they allowed you to be in the pool a little past the pool hours. When my children were going in brtween the out door pool and the indoor pool/spa, which were marvelous, there were no complaints. I would recomend this hotel to anyone, and plan on going back again and again !
 
 
 
 
 
If you have allergies beware!!!!

When we arrived we went to our room to find out it was non smoking when we made reservations for smoking, the room smelled like mold and mildew. So my husband goes back down to the lobby they gave us two more rooms to check out in smoking...Well the first one smelled like a biker bar and the other one was no better....finally they offered us a nicer room but the same molded smell was there too....we decided to get our money back and ended up at the Hampton Inn in Pigeon Forge which is wonderful!!!!!! the whole hotel at Fairfield Inn made my allergies and asthma CRAZY I left there feeling horrible....Much happier at the Hampton and feeling like I will have a great vacation! The only positive thing I can say is the front desk staff was very nice about the whole situation and tried everything they could to make us happy, and gladly refunded all of our money.

Wonderful Vacation

The hotel was excellent and would stay there again. the staff was more than friendly and the rooms very clean and spacious. As a mom traveling alone with two liitle ones they were very helpful and courtious. The pool is heated (nice and warm) and the the pool area crystal clear. Trolley access in parking lot along with steak house and store made it very convenient to anywhere. Thumbs up .....
