Below avarage...nothing to do with Brazilian hospitality...
From a cold and unfrendly reception, undertrained personnel to lack of experience dealing with unexpected issues, my 15-days-stay was somewhat unpleasant and all because accumulated small but annoying unsolved issues: they never found my paid reservation when I arrived and charged me again when I left (15 days later, with no effort to solve it). They offer a "pillow menu" but when I called night after night for a "not so soft pillow" they had nothing but the ones in the room; AC very low and slow to cool down the room during a very, very hot season (electric ativation with the room key - go out= AC shuts down= come back to a convection oven) - no help even complaining several times; internet service was charged by every 15 minutes, but they offered a very slow connexion, and no connectivity in the room (we were in Sao Paulo!!!! Brazil's main business city...; with exceptions of a few people around the hotel, reception ladies and restaurant personnel were cold, uptight, rigid and unfrendly...I almost thought I was in NY and not in friendly SP, Brazil...
Too bad for a hotel in a very nice area and full of potential: final impression: business, high turnover hotel, aiming to sell expensively to corporate clients without caring for the guests themselves.
