Quilt Inn and Suites At Lake Metigoshe, Bottineau

The water smells so bad it almost makes one gag.Bring your own bottled water. Otherwise the inn is comfortable. I spent the weekend there for a family reunion, a great place for that.

While the surroundings are indeed beautiful, I wasn't impressed with the inn. I could not get my door to lock properly and was told that all of the doors are like that. There's no hair dryer in the room and I had to request an ironing board and iron. I'm used to inns providing a continental breakfast, but the Quilt doesn't provide anything beyond coffee. There is a restaurant next door; however, I wouldn't recommend it.

Was there in august and the hunidity reminded me of the deep south...however its a beautiful location a well kept inn and friendly staff. If your into winter sports a great place to travel to, or if just passing through and would like a place where the chances of seeing deer and other critters appeals it would be hard to beat this nice stop over.

It was a great place to stay!! The people were very friendly up there. I thought the rooms were very clean and roomy. They had a band and black jack tables, plenty to do in the evenings!!!

Given their low rates and lack of pictures on their website I was prepared for a typical old lake-side tourist motel. But we discoverd it is a very modern clean hotel facility, similar to something like a Comfort Inn. Very nice, good staff, quiet and great location. (Easy access to the public waterfronts and the State Park). Next door to a convenience store and to a typical family restaurant. DVD players and movies available for rent. They'll give you 10% off if you mention seeing the special on their website. The only thing I'd like to see them add is in-room coffee makers. They do have kitchette suites, but I haven't been in one of those.

the place was very unclean and not upkept it was alright service and fair price but many things just werent up to par with many other hotels

The rooms are so clean! Bed are very comfortable and a great little resturant on the same property. I want to bring my family here for a fun weekend this summer.
