West Glacier Motel, Essex

Stayed for a couple of nights over Labor Day Weekend. Room was clean, but right next to the main road into the park. Thanks to the then walls we were treated to the sound of cars, trucks, motorcycles, and the breathing of the people in the room next to us. Shower was almost large enough to turn around in. There is no TV and no phone because there isn't enough room. They make a point of not having Internet access, yet I found 5 access points available but requiring user name and password! The good part - cleaning staff did a good job. Very convenient to the park. Restaurant across the parking lot was great.
