Spirit Lake Casino & Resort, St Michael

I have been in devils lake for business and have been staying at the hotel for five weeks and i truly found out first hand how terrible things are around here..the service at front desk is terrible and plain lazy...it took an hour and a half for them to bring up freshtowels and all they want to do is talk on their phones and not care about paying customers..its like pulling teeth for them to get things done around here..also found gum on tables..broken shower handles..dirty coffee pots...clocks dont work..microwaves dont wor correctly..shardes of plastic coming out of ice maker in with ice...among other things...they r just super lazy and ihope noone expects to get good service while stayinghere...people dont take their jobs serious around here...its sad
