Fairground Inn, Monroe

Made reservations months in advance, had conf. #...gave away room, refused to acknowledge conf. number...just a nasty, vindictive woman at front desk. Fortunately had attorney friend along and got a room (no other availabilities w/in 30 mi). Room was filthy....stank of wet dirt, candy wrappers and other debris around floors. Smelled and looked like only the bathroom had ever been cleaned. NO ammenities at all.
