Stayed last night at the Aster Inn and I was very pleased. I am a pretty tough customer but I found this place charming. What is does not have in modern amenities (no espresso) it makes up for in charm. And I got a free paper. Pat and Court are wonderful to chat with and I can't wait to stay again soon.
The Aster Inn is a basic motel with a few nice ammenities. Our first stay was in a room with a fabulous jaccuzzi tub in our room. The second stay was in a two room suite with an adequately stocked kitchenette. The bathrooms have built-in hairdryers, a big plus!
The style of Aster is a bit dated, which adds to its charm in a way. It feels like a classic roadside inn from the 40's, small and cozy. Everything is clean and the linens are fresh.
Great little place. The rooms are clean and inexpensive. The owners are very friendly and care about their customer's experience at their Inn. Getting a newspaper in the am was a delightful surprise. Highly recommended.
